Working Full time as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach. Previous experience of working in talking therapies and the education system, as a tutor/mentor at an alternative provision. When I am not working in my full time role, I provide 1-1 coaching self employed (LM Coaching).
I am also part of a management team for a men's football team within the Nottinghamshire area.
I have worked in talking therapies as a qualified PWP, and gained experience working in Social Prescribing as a Link Worker and a Health Coach. Before working towards the PWP qualification, I worked for 6 months within the CRHT team.
Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
Achieved a Psychology diploma, and in the final year to achieve the honors.
