Louisa Abass

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in both education and support. I am a qualified early years practitioner and also studied for a BA (Hons) in education although I have be working as a support worker with ex offenders.

I have been working as a support worker for 6 years and currently work for an organisation which supports ex offenders once they ar released from prison to live crime free and aim to support them to develop the skills they require to live independently or within the supported housing.

Prior to having my own children I was working as an early years practitioner for 13 years in a variety of settings including nurseries, primary schools, and for the NHS.

I am a qualified early years practitioner with a Diploma in Nursery nursing and and a level 3 in homebased child care.

I have also gained a BA Hons degree in education studies with the open university and have also completed the first year of the masters degree in education.
