N/A at Career Break for house move (2024-11 – Present)
A decision to move from Kent to the North West allowed for a career break to manage the house move project. This involved preparation of our house for sale, managing the legal aspects of the move and completing on the sale and purchase. Due to the timescale involved in this (longer than anticipated due to legal queries) the move completed at the end of the summer in 2025. In the latter months, the focus has been on the new house.

Set up and ran a new controlled test bakery facility, responsible for all safety aspects. Within the test bakery managed internal staff training and also had responsibility for student trainees. Conducted trials from lab to pilot to factory scale.
