Louise Bendall

I am a passionate Workplace Strategy Consultant who thrives off enabling people to flourish in their workplace. I am driven by purpose and have adapted and built on my skill set to offer holistic workplace solutions that are underpinned by the golden triangle of people, place and technology.

With experience across all sectors and having worked with organisations with 100 staff to those with over 1,000, I have developed a natural ability to identify opportunities through strategic design recommendations that are bespoke to each client I work with. I am a people person, an empath and a strong believer in open, honest communication so it feels very natural that more recently I have complimented my baseline offer with behavioural change to ensure that the end users truly benefit from the workspace that is delivered to them.

Creating inspiring workplace strategies that reveal the opportunity whilst balancing the requirements of the business against the preferences of its employees, is my ultimate goal on any scale of workplace project.

My primary skills include stakeholder management, client engagement, data gathering and analysis, development of functional design briefs, concept design layouts, strategic property evaluation, option analysis, new ways of working, building re-stacks and team adjacency mapping.

I have spent 13 years practicing as a workplace consultant with the majority of my career spent working alongside interior designers at MCM Architecture. I am currently a freelance workplace consultant working with a FTSE 100 media company.

I hold a BA Hons Interior Architecture degree from Brighton University
