I can work alone or as part of a team, I can organise myself and my day, I have good computer skills, I can use all aspects of excel office, PowerPoint and most other programes.
I'm a quick learner and a very good listener.
I have not worked in Substance Misue for a few years, after working in London, stress and burnout started to appear and I felt it was time for a break. I moved to Bournemouth with my daughter and her family and worked in Health Care, I now feel that I am ready to rejoin Substance misus.
I havent stopped keeping up to date with what's changed and new, I am still very passionate in supporting others to achieve whatever their goals maybe, however ultimately to reach a better outlook on life and to become the person they would like to be and how to get there.
