I am a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual currently training towards a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification at Kidderminster College, with placement experience supporting children in a primary school setting. During my placement at Cookley Sebright Primary School, I support pupil learning, engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing while working closely with teachers to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. I am highly adaptable, motivated, and able to build positive relationships with both children and staff.
I am committed to helping pupils reach their full potential through patience, encouragement, and effective communication. I have a strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety procedures, and the importance of supporting children in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. I am organised, hardworking, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
My previous experience in care, hospitality, and running my own successful cleaning business has helped me develop excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills. Following a period as a full-time career for my autistic son, who now lives in supported accommodation, I am retraining and excited to begin a rewarding career supporting children in education.
