I am currently a catering manager at a primary school, my job role is to deliver healthy, nutritious and delicious food to children age 2-11.
- Daily tasks include allergy sheets, cooking, cleaning and managing a group of catering assistants to ensure that all children are fed regardless to allergy's and dietary requirements all inline with government guideline and at a high standard
- Awarded a 5 star Health and Hygiene rating in three visits from EHO
- Order food, Equipment and cleaning products all whilst staying in an annual budget
- Recording stocktake, processing receipts, as-well as health and hygiene administration work
- Process all of the dinners on BROM-COM system in order to find correct numbers and make sure all the children are fed

I was privately caring for an elderly woman
- Help her out of bed and get her downstairs
- Wash her, dress her and make sure she was as comfortable as possible
- Complete housework, such as hoovering, dusting and washing up
Kitchen Manager - Fowlers catering LTD
(2018-09 - 2022-08)
In September 2018 I moved to the catering part of the industry where we would serve food to workers on building sites, this would be catering for numbers over 2000 people. We had 3 sites running and I would work at all 3 to ensure that the teams on them sites were running the kitchens properly. I was then based in our largest site running the kitchen and front of house.
- Early arrival to prep for the day and would cook good quality food from fresh
- Create menus changing them throughout the year to suit our clients
- Order and shop for all 3 sites
- After Covid came up with ways in which we could carry on trading whilst being extra safe in the work place
- In August 2022 due to Illness the company had to close down
Chef - Fowler's café bistro

I started Fowler's café bistro working part time from June 2015- Sept 2018.
- Initially responsible for delivering food to customers, would have a number of orders in which I would have to plan and organise a route to ensure speedy and efficient delivery
- Brought my role to waitressing where I would take orders and make drinks for customers, dealing with customers and delivering customer service was my favourite part of working in the café
- Progressed on to cooking where I gained my health and hygiene certificate and then helped with prepping food as well as stock control and food management
- By August 2018 was a chef at the café where I would be In Charge of quality check of food and a team of 5 people
Receptionist / Building Management - Emprise
(2012-03 - 2015-06)
I worked for emprise as a receptionist since 5th March 2012- 01st June 2015. Here I was based Front of house, where I was the first point of contact for the guests and tenants.
- Warmly meet and greet visitors and people that work within the building and make sure they get to the right place quickly and sufficiently, whilst providing a first-class front of house service
- Write up documents that must be emailed over and arrange appointments and works done around the building
- Make sure that the building is tidy and well maintained
- Make orders for things we need in the reception areas
- Arrange taxi services for visitors and tenants
- Help arrange meetings with the tenants in the building so it runs more smoothly and helps them manage their guest's
- Created spreadsheets, used mail merge and used and maintaining a customer relations database
- Oversee diaries and health and safety manuals that have to be filled out weekly
- Progressed to building management where I would take charge and make decisions of care take facilities of a very large building and a team
Customer Services Advisor / Team Leader - Lloyds TSB
(2007-07 - 2012-03)
I worked for Lloyd's banking group, from 2nd of July 2007 to 3rd March 2012. I was a customer services advisor in which I helped customers all around the world with enquiries and problems.
- Spoke to many different people from various origins and of different ages, which means I have learnt to be very patient and understanding as well as being as helpful as possible
- Follow many rules and guidelines such as Data Protection Act (DPA), Banking Code and also my employer's code of conduct
- Perform various administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, as well as sending letters to other departments and branches
- Trained many new members of staff with my knowledge in all the systems used and procedures we have to follow
- Had experience in team leader duties such as taking team meetings, where I had to include colleagues and make sure I projected the objective correctly
- Floor walk and help advisors with query's, if anyone needs help or advise they can ask me for help
- Work out my team's stats and figures, to make sure they are all on target for sales and other targets
- Targeted on sales in which I have to analyse a customer within a short space of time to determine on which sales meet the customer's needs the greatest
Waitress - Southend united football club
(2005-09 - 2007-05)
Southend united football club is a league 1 football team. Here I was a waitress in charge of one or more executive box, in which I serve food and drink to our guest to make their visit more enjoyable so they will come back again.
- Took in roles of looking after new staff that were employed and tell them how to make their box tidy and well presentable
- Answer many questions about the stadium and football league, which I would have to find out about the day's game before the customers came through
- At the end of the match when the clients have left, I would prepare the box so it was ready for the next game
- Worked every home match day from September 2005- May 2007
- This taught me a good work ethic at a young age
