Since I left school in 1987 I have worked in many work sectors. From in restaurant to retail. And that has been my experience. I have worked for the coop since 2014. Did a 2 week course through the job centre to work in a new coop in lichfield.

Luckily for me I was offered the post at a major supermarket at boley Park. I started off as customer service assistant I worked at that coop for 2 years. Then I transferred to a smaller store in Rugeley and I have been there 7 years.

I worked my way up in them years. From working in the bakery that I love doing. To training to be a duty manager. I want to learn more in my bow. I lack confidence about my self but deep down I know I can do it.

I want to prove myself and move forward in my bow.

I trained to be a duty manger in September 2022. I work in bakery as well as on shop floor. I love my job and would like to go up the ladder. I work on till. I have good customer service. I like a challenge I love to learn new skills. Problem solving. Etc.

Started as a customer service advisor. Trained to be a baker. Then did duty manager training passed. Became a key holder did banking.

Customer Assistant at Salvation Army Charity Shop (2012-08 – 2013-03)

I undertook voluntary work at a local charity shop to update my skills and gain further experience. My duties involved:

• Serving customer on the till and taking payment by cash and card.
• Advising customers on products sold in store and helping them find correct sizes for clothing.

Cleaner Practitioner at K Plastics (1998-03 – 1998-04)

During this period of time I took some time out of work to raise my family.

• Ensuring the offices were a cleaned to a high standard within my 3 hour shift.
• Cleaning involved dusting, polishing, mopping floor and cleaning the toilets and canteen.

I worked for a busy sandwich store and bakers in Cannock town centre as part of the front of house team. My duties included:

• Serving customers in store and taking payments by cash and card on the till.
• Food preparation which involved preparing food and then making a range of sandwiches.
• Packing and correctly labelling prepared food.
• Keeping the kitchen area tidy to high company standards.

Served customers.stock rotation filled shelves had my own part in shop when I got pregnant filled and ordered stock. For the makeup. I was a yts. Kept the shop clean.pulled in delivery's.
