I have extensive experience diagnosing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange/O365(Exchange online & Teams) and have applied solutions to increase process efficiency.

· Managing Exchange 2016 in a Hybrid environment & Exchange online mailboxes and Identities, policies and ensuring compliance in the environment
· Managing mail flow, connectors, rules
· Worked with ProofPoint/Mimecast/ATP to protect the Exchange & Exchange online environment
· Managed the Teams environment and migrations from Skype for business to Teams
· In addition, to the aforementioned responsibilities, I have also procured technical certifications on the following:
· “Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate – Office 365”
