Recipe development, simplification and de-complexity
Writing of ingredient, process and final product specifications - internally as well as for international customers .
Artwork, Ingredient and nutrional labelling.
Labelling Regulations.
Quality manual within R&D department.
Shelf life procedures and protocols.
Technical support to product development, process development and quality departments.
In-depth Raw Material & ingredient knowledge
Sound Knowledge on healthy food, lifestyle and health food trends.
