I am currently working part-time in Boots and have been working there for almost four years, and during this time I have gained experience with the general public, especially during busy times such as Christmas. My confidence has increased massively due to having years worth of time and experience using both man and self service tills, and helping customers with returns, questions, advice, and recommendations. During my time at Boots, I have worked all around the shop, I have experience in operations and using the zebra for stock filling and click and collect, as well as knowledge on the different premium beauty brands in store.

I attended Whitburn Academy where I completed by National 5's and Highers.

I have experience in working in customer service from working in Boots in Livingston as a Customer Advisor since September 2022, which was my very first job. I have gained a lot of confidence since starting my job, I love meeting new people and have met lots of friends across the time I have worked at Boots. Boots has given me a lot of knowledge about different fragrance and beauty brands, stock and operations, using tills and customer service, and working in busy environments.
