I absolutely love being part of the Health and Fitness industry, being around motivated and like-minded individuals. My goal is to continue growing so I can better help serve clients. I am very reliable and do my up most in delivering an excellent service.

I am qualified as a 200h Vinyasa Flow teacher and currently in qualification to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates.

I am currently working on my Pilate's qualifcation. I have chosen a reputable UK company so ensure I receive a high quality level of education.
