I am a hardworking and ambitious person with a passion for baking and a love for food as a whole! I completed my L3 patisserie & confectionary course in 2020 and since then have developed a wide variety of skills across pastry, chocolate & gelato. I have also developed a lot of organisational skills through my volunteer work with Hailsham & Sussex Young Farmers Club.
My culinary journey is best shown through my Instagram page, which is detailed above. I enjoy working as a team amongst a dynamic working environment, particularly enjoying creative or people based work. I also have a full UK Driving license.
Gelato Technician at Latchetts Farm (2026-03 – Present)
I produce a wide variety of gelatos & sorbets for the shop and for wholesale. My duties include managing a production schedule and stock rotation.
Head Chocolatier & Production Manager at Art Chocolat (2021-06 – 2026-02)
I produced, designed & developed filled chocolates along with managing a small kitchen team and managed the production schedule. We worked to a SALSA standard where I had been in-charge of documenting routine cleaning procedures and filling out the necessary paperwork and logs. I had also managed other tasks such as product development and social media content creation.

I have been elected by members to be Events Manager (2025-2026), The Programme Secretary (2018-2019 & 2024-2025), Secretary (2019- 2021), Programme Assistant (2021- 2022), Treasurer (2022-2023) and County Events Chairwoman (October 2023 - September 2025) where I have been part of and in charge of making important club & county decisions.
Farmers has given me invaluable knowledge and experience across a variety of skill sets including event management, secretarial duties & social media work.

I took part in restaurant service once or twice a week as part of my college course, where I rotated roles weekly from pastry chef to waitress. As of September 2019 I was made a restaurant supervisor.

I was mainly in-charge of plating & sending out food and decorating the desserts before being sent out, as well as clearing tables & serving canapés.
