• Supported investigations into organised retail crime, identifying repeat offenders and patterns of offending, working with retailers and loss prevention teams to build evidence, creating a comprehensive package for frontline officers to enable them to take action and report.
• Working with partner agencies in order to gather intelligence and create disruption opportunities around organised retail crime groups.
• Identifying vehicles linked to retail crime, tracking previous movements via ANPR in order to identify any nominals associated and potential undetected related crimes.

Initially employed on a part-time basis from May 2022 – August 2022 while in full time education.

• Provided full daily care for a yard of competition horses, including feeding, exercising, health monitoring and stable management, working to strict routines and high welfare standards.
• Managed preparation for national and local competitions, including travel preparation, preparing equipment and turnout to a professional standard under time pressure.
• Took responsibility for monitoring horses' health and wellbeing daily, liaising with vets, farriers and other professionals to flag and act on any concerns promptly.
• Worked to early starts, long hours and a physically demanding routine, maintaining consistency and attention to detail throughout.
• Coordinated with owners, riders and other grooms as part of a small team, adapting quickly to a fast-changing schedule around the competition calendar.
• Liaising on a daily basis both in person and over phone with livery customers to ensure they received a 5 star service.
• Maintaining a calm, professional demeanour at all times when dealing with public ensuring riding lessons ran to schedule during often stressful busy periods while working independently.
