I have been in the hospitality industry for 5 years and have learnt a lot within the many places I have worked and use those skills and knowledge in my work. I am very passionate about cooking and baking.
I currently work in a small family business as a confectioner. Within the job I bake and decorate all the cakes and sweet treats to high quality ready for the shops and orders. I have now worked in the bakery for just over two years and have picked up many skills and knowledge which I will be able to bring to a new role.
I have 9 GCSEs including Maths, English and Science.
Level 2 in food and hygiene
Level 3 diploma of higher education in catering and hospitality
