It's time to release the things we have no control over.
You can't stop people critiquing you, but you can control if you care.
fashion is more than just clothes, it's a personal self- expression that needs to be loved, enjoyed and grow alongside the person wearing it. for too long, I allowed myself to fall into the fast fashion 'must-have' trap. I lost who I was for a long time, trying to fit in. But not anymore.
I am an outgoing northern gal who enjoys meeting new people, finding exciting sources of inspiration and learning new things. I am adaptable to new situations and I love a challenge.
I believe in helping and supporting one another, rather than tearing others down, I strongly support the ideology of allowing people to carry on with their own thing, as long as it isn't hurting anyone. I believe in individuality. I want this to be something I am known for, not creating barriers.
I aim to be the person that people want to work with, that upcoming stylists look up to and want to work with, I want to give the future creatives, those without the contacts or support, an opportunity.
I never want to stop developing, I can never know enough. I will always be true to myself and my projects. I will never look down on a project or think I am incapable.
I have worked as a stylist and creative director on a variety of my own projects and as assistant on numerous occasions as well as retail experience. I also have previously held a role consisting of extraditing and planning.
I have just completed my MA in Fashion Media (styling) after completing my BA in Fashion Promotion and Communications.
