Team Coach/Shift Supervisor at Old White Horse (2021-09 – Present)

With having prior experience of pubs and kitchens, this helped me to excell to become a team coach, while also being on the learning path towards a shift supervisor. This job helped me try new things and everyday is a learning journey. I was in charge of the upkeep of cleaning throughout the pub and I am currently their social media manager which is just as fun as I thought it would be.

I've worked under a lot of pressure, I've calculated how to use my time efficiently while working on my own to keep the restaurant afloat.

I was given research tasks to aid Suzanne Webb for her press releases and given casework to assist her team.

Waitress/Bar Maid at Seven Stars (2020-02 – 2021-04)

Having prior experience of handling behaviors from my past work experience, this helped me with my waitressing job as I handled difficult customers in a calm and collected way while still being friendly, I was also trusted to answer phone calls from booking appointments for food and helping people apply for their job there too. I always offered my assistance to my co-workers if they were busy and got along well with the staff there as well. I developed hygiene and food-preparing skills along the way.

I worked under pressure while serving food and drinks throughout the building and dealt the any issues in a friendly and apologetic manner. I always arrived early before my shift to get a head start cleaning around or helping my co-workers still on their shift.
