I have worked for the London Ambulance service for 4 years as a paramedic responding on the Ambulance and solo response unit. I have worked at St George's hospital in London in urgent care as a emergency Practitioner for 2.5 years assessing patients with broken bones, wounds and ENT problems. I can close wounds with suturing glue clips and steri straps.
Venepuncture and cannulate. I am up to date with adult and paediatric life support and can enterpret ECGs, perform needle chest decompression and use various airways.
