Lucy Sargent

I am an enthusiastic and conscientious worker with extensive experience in customer service. I worked hard to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and alongside I have built up my understanding and knowledge of different areas of HSC by doing voluntary work placements in a variety of work settings. I have a strong work ethic as I have been working since I was fourteen years old, and have learned to use my initiative as well as working as well as I can to always provide the best quality service.

I have had many different experiences in different work settings, varying from nurseries, schools, all the way to adult care services, which has given me good insight into the needs of varying age groups. Having worked with children who are vulnerable, with a mixture of complex SEN and emotional needs, I feel that I am best suited to a career dedicated making a difference to vulnerable children, adults and families. I pride myself on having patience, empathy and a very caring nature, qualities in which i believe would allow me to make a difference to supporting vulnerable adults.
