In our local Burton Joyce branch it is my main responsibility to increase sales by marketing properties, introducing them to buyers and negotiating sales. During my time at Johnsons and Partners we have been market leaders in our area for a high number of properties instructed and sales agreed.

My main duty was to undertake rental viewings to ensure the properties were rented in a timely fashion to suitable tenants. I also undertook property inspections both during and after tenancy completion. A key part of my role involved liaising with landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
Whilst office based I dealt with all administration duties aligned to the role and carried out customer service duties relating to customer and landlord queries. I am proficient at working with most computer systems.
