I am an experienced and driven Audiologist and RHAD with 7 years' experience in both the NHS and Private Sector, dispensing hearing aids for both simple and complexed hearing losses, including single sided deafness and severe to profound losses. I am familiar with fitting a variety of manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Starkey and GN Resound and experience in remote hearing aid programming. In my previous NHS job role, I acted as a mentor/supervisor for audiology students completing their degrees, supporting them and teaching them the fundamentals of hearing aid assessment, fitting and troubleshooting.
More recently I joined the private sector and a relatively new business, Marks and Spencer Opticians, where my job has not only been to dispense hearing aids, but also to help grow the business. Within my first few months of joining the company I became one of their top performers in terms of hearing aid sales. Although I enjoy this role, I am ready for a new challenge.
