I am a graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences seeking a full-time job and would like to apply for this Scheduling Coordinator position. I have a university level grasp of chemical and biological processes and laboratory experience, but I'm also educated on the pharmaceutical industry as a whole through a number of modules that cover design, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing. One of these course modules was also dedicated to computer coding which could also be useful for the job, judging by the description provided.

For my dissertation I partook in a research project ultimately aimed at detecting cancer cells using Gold-Antibody conjugated markers for electro-impedance spectroscopy (EIS). I was tasked with determining if EIS could detect a difference of binding between two separate cell types, which would provide insight into the tool's viability. This project required extensive reading into scientific literature since I was required to, form the Gold-Antibody conjugates, confirm their formation using Ultraviolet Visualisation, Dynamic Light Scattering, and Dotblot, then culture a number of test cells, determine if those test cells were viable for the experiment using luminescent markers, utilise EIS, and analyse the data through researched principles in physics and mathematics.

The wide range of subjects, biological, chemical and physical were very time restrictive, especially since I was also required to be in the laboratory in-person and understand the laboratory safety procedures. This was all while partaking in the other course modules, requiring a two-hour commuting journey by train, and withholding a part-time job. Considering I was able to finish the project on time, I believe the experience of my research project demonstrates I have excellent time managing capabilities even under restrictive circumstances.

Outside of my pharmaceutical experiences I have retained a part-time job from the age of sixteen, where I gained an understanding of requesting orders and general distribution as well as communication skills. While in school and studying for both my GCSEs and A Levels I held a leadership role in cadets from the age of fourteen to eighteen where I was responsible for coordinating learning activities. During my time in Sixth Form I also partook in a charity backed by my school that aimed at offering toys to unfortunate children.

And for one week I also volunteered in my local hospital pharmacy.
