Having 10 years experience in Production and Logistics management with focus on WCM/ lean manufacturing in developing teams in a continous improvement environment to success and delivering to Safety, Quality, Customers, and People Development KPIs.
Well experienced with Unionised work forces and multi Plant experience leading teams upto 250 employees excluding temp resources.
My experience is with production teams and logistics teams overseeing multiple production lines from Mining, Milling, Calcification, dry bagged product to wet curing production through to palletised finished goods and various types of warehouses from High bays to floor plans with finger bays or floor loading. Managing the operational business needs to deliver to the OPIs and KPIs as required. Building winning teams and delivering through people.
