My name is Luke hogan and I am a freelance video maker for about 9 years. I recently had an amazing opportunity to study with production park in Yorkshire completing their virtual production boot camp course at the end of July. I have skills in film production, including music and dance videography based on my work with breakdancers over the last 9 years, I am also a keen artist with skills in quick illustration and conceptualizing useful for communicating ideas and storyboarding.
(2023 – Present) Adult Education Teacher: Game Design Academy of Live Technology Teaching Bootcamp skills in Unreal engine 5 and blender. At level 4. Each course 60 hr over 5 weeks. (2014 – Present Videographer & Editor UberHogan video production I have 9 years experience producing and editing videos. A large majority of that work has been live event coverage, livestreams music videos and promotional videos. I have been Working closely with local breakdancer company producing all their competition event videos.
Livestreams, Interviews and promo videos. And managing their YouTube channel. Recently I’ve produced two virtual productions using the LED volume stage at production park. I’m learning unreal engine and have created some very realistic scenes to use with our virtual production sets.
(2017 – present) Artist Tutor Clayton Art Club Over the past few years my small business ran weekly art workshops in my studio in Clayton. The art club has hosted up to 40 students per week aged 7-16 years old, from West Yorkshire. Our projects have been influenced through my experience and expertise in animation.
Projects included stop motion animation, cell animation, illustration, graffiti, woodwork, neon signs, automata and more. Since the COVID-19 lockdown activities have been reduced to weekly art live-streams and private art tuition via video conferences.
