- Processed card and voucher payments at both the manned and automated tills.
- Assisted customers when their payment transactions did not complete properly.
- Removed security tags off age restricted items.
- Checked that all alcohol and pharmaceutical sales were to over 18s

- Triaged client email tickets, providing the client with a first 'holding' response.
- Attended virtual meetings with overseas-based nevetal employees.
- Undertook online, via LinkedIn Learning, IT modules on Service Management and Information Technology Infrastructure and JIRA Project Management software.
- Proof-read/spell checked Knowledge based articles for a colleague.
- Data entry and processing in relation to which nevetal clients were on what iteration of Windows operating systems. Also, client contact detail spreadsheets which enabled remote control of client computers, to resolve IT issues.
- Shown and learnt about Virtual Operation systems, Storage Area Networks and a monitoring tool that allows nevetal to monitor, via sensors, all the servers nevetal creates for its clients.
