Worked directly with planning officers across London Boroughs and the GLA family to assess site suitability, identify planning, accessibility, infrastructure, and delivery constraints, and support progression of sites through the development process.
- Demonstrated the impact of the Small Sites Small Builders (SSSB) programme by collecting, maintaining, and quality-assuring planning and development data for over 225 sites across London, ensuring accuracy and auditability for monitoring, reporting, and FOI requests.
- Evaluated the performance of a planning site survey tool used by London Boroughs, working with suppliers and stakeholders to improve functionality, data quality and value for money.
- Identified a previously overlooked capital-versus-revenue funding barrier through analysis of London Borough expressions of interest, working across teams to develop a revised funding route that improved borough access to GLA capital funding and strengthened the delivery pipeline.
- Provided timely and accurate responses to FOI requests and public queries, in line with governance and data protection requirements, by coordinating information across teams.
- Increased the visibility and accessibility of SSSB to SMEs and community-led stakeholder groups by delivering a major update to the SSSB website, alongside the Digital, Comms, and Legal teams, including new landing pages, GIS mapping, and improved resource listings, leading to better access to best practice documents and knowledge sharing events.
- Strengthened delivery partner pipeline and reach of SSSB by building relationships with and developing and managing a catalogue of over 150 SME architects, developers, and builders to enable SSSB to match specialised builders with unique sites.
