Fire & Security Engineer - Freedom Fire & Security - Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
Currently undertaking / overseeing current large-scale commissions / fire alarm upgrades throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
- Carry out fire alarm installation & commissioning (mainly commissioning)
- Work as part of a wider team delivering larger scale projects whilst developing great relationships with clients across building sites / developments.
- Support the successful delivery of jobs by communicating clearly with residents and colleagues, helping maintain a professional and customer-focused service.
- Mentor and teach an apprentice on site, sharing knowledge, overseeing work quality and helping to build confidence, safe habits and technical ability.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting others where needed and ensuring work areas are left safe, organised and ready for follow-on trades.
- Take ownership of jobs from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
- Has a great understanding of a wide range of fire alarm panels including complex setups and a desire / passion for learning the logic & functionality behind each one.
