As an experienced Store Manager, my tenacious and proactive approach has resulted in numerous successes. My excellent communication and engagement skills have enabled me to achieve some outstanding achievements through out my career. I have gained many valuable skills from my current career due to working with a variety of diverse teams and working in a leadership capacity for a large proportion of it.

I started as a Christmas temp, selling Christmas trees at Sainsbury's after College. I caught the retail bug and started to progress my career but decided I would not get any further without Higher and more relevant education. This is where my Higher education journey began.

I completed my study whilst working and found it greatly advantageous and motivational. I have a very determined and goal orientated work ethic. I am at my best when I am going above and achieving goals set by my Managers or myself.
