About

I am a final year student at the University of Wolverhampton with strong laboratory skills, quality assurance, quality control, problem solving and analytical skills that I gained through my academic studies, as well as experience in microbiology testing, writing reports and safety procedures in the laboratory. Very passionate in protecting other people and maintaining product safety standards. Strong communication skills and teamwork developed during my practical sessions and working as a student representative and student ambassador.

Also, working as customer service at the University of Wolverhampton has improved my communication skills. I am so excited to face new challenges and contribute to the Office for Product Safety and Standards applying scientific skills and attention to detail while gaining valuable experience in product regulation and safety.

I work in Adecco helping students with their subjects during exams.

If they have problems accessing the university web and could not find lectures, I do show them by having a meeting.
Having meetings with students on Teams or at university.
If I can't fix the problem, I direct them to the right place.
