Currently schedule the schools EHCP's meeting, collate all the information from the teachers and any other professionals. Send out all the invitations to everyone involved with that child, parents, respite, social workers. Once the meeting has gone ahead, send all the relevant to the council via datalocker, where required book the Interpreter from EMAS, meet and greet the parents and escort them to the meeting.
Track which EHCP's have been returned within the twelve-week period, any that have not follow up the council, then download the new EHCP's save them to the relevant pupil's files. Attendance is completed on a daily basis, answerphones, emails, study bugs, record anything that is required on to CPoms. Complete the schools census and cohort on behalf of the school.
Update arbour with new pupils, change and update parent's information, new year set up. Send and collect the CTF's on behalf of the school and transfer them to arbour.
