About
Personal Trainer in Training with around eight years of gym experience and a passion for strength training, nutrition and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Over the past year, I have developed a more structured and consistent approach to training and nutrition, gaining over two stone and building valuable experience in goal setting, discipline and long-term progress. Currently completing my Personal Training qualification, I am looking to begin a career in the fitness industry.
