I am a compassionate and dedicated care professional with over 20 years' experience supporting children, including 14 years as a registered childminder with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. I am now seeking a career change into adult care, where I can apply my transferable skills to support individuals in their own homes. Through both my professional experience and supporting my disabled grandmother with daily tasks such as shopping, household duties, and collecting prescriptions, I have developed a patient, reliable, and empathetic approach to care.
