I developed a passion for cake designing over 10 years ago, where I have gained plenty of experience in creating cakes from home for people. I thoroughly enjoy new challenges and designing my own cake toppers and would like to develop my skills and experience further. I enjoy being creative where I am confident to use my own imagination, or to follow instructions to follow.
For the past 10 years I have enjoyed baking celebration cakes for close friends and family, which later developed through word of mouth to make more cakes for people. As yet I have not worked as such for a professional company but would be so happy to be given an opportunity to do so. I have however gained experience during an 18 day work placement in Florence, Italy during my current level 3 diploma bakery and patisserie course which was a fantastic opportunity for myself and I feel I gained so much in a short time.
