I graduated in Real Estate Development and Management from the University of Salford and have since completed an MSc in Finance. I currently work as a Customer Sales Advisor at Halfords, where I speak with customers every day, recommend suitable products and consistently achieve sales targets. I also have practical experience of buying property and managing several properties.

I am now looking to start my career in an estate agency, where I can use my property knowledge, confidence with customers and sales experience.

Bought and refurbished my own flat, managed the work and costs involved before letting the property. I now manage the property myself and also help manage 6 family-owned properties, including dealing with tenants, arranging repairs and maintenance, and handling day-to-day property issues.

I work on the shop floor and the bike workshop, helping customers with questions and recommending suitable products based on their needs. I work towards and consistently achieve sales and care plan targets, while also handling repairs and assembling bikes. I build around 20 bikes and complete around 10 repair jobs each week, which has helped me develop strong time management and customer service skills in a busy environment.
