Currently working as a Quality Manager, I was commissioned on a FTC, to lead on an ambitious and extensive Service Improvement Plan for eight communities for Older Adults. This role included the development of uniformed procedures, creating and monitoring efficiencies, improving customer experience and leading on a digital upgrade. Including ongoing continuous improvements, through monitoring themes and trends.
BA Hons Social Work, with IT & Communications Certificate
Level 4 Registered Managers Award & Level 4 Adult Health & Social Care.
