When it comes to stressful situations, I believe I handle them professionally by ensuring the customer/patient is included so they feel acknowledged as well as evaluating a solution to overcome the issue in a timely manner. I provide team leadership skills in every job role I have performed, this enhances my time management and organisational skills as it shows how I can manage certain areas of my job.
I enjoy feeling part of a team where we all work in harmony, where everyone is delegated their tasks and they are actioned efficiently. If any problem arises we know how to solve it as a team and overcome this.

Completed level 3 PTPT pharmacy technician course. Developed most of organisational and team leadership skills working here. Know how to manage the counter, ensure we are up to date on our dispensing and all Dossett box patients are receiving their medications on time before running out.
Improved communication skills when dealing with patient enquiries/complaints and am aware of when to refer to the pharmacist. It helped to become a confident dispenser when surrounded with a hardworking team where all our opinions are valued.
