I've taken bookings and payments over the phone, explained things clearly to customers and helped reassure people, and dealt with complaints calmly without letting it throw me off. I enjoy working as part of a team and I'm someone who stays calm under pressure, whether I'm talking to someone face to face, on the phone or dealing with a problem on the spot.
