This role included duties of opening up the store closing the store, ensuring all team members were on track to complete tasks, assigning tasks to team members and making sure customers found everything they needed and had a good experience shopping with Home Bargains. I also ensured the communication between team members was correct and that everyone was organised at start of the shift as we worked in a fast moving environment.
