I greeted clients and made them feel welcome, washed and conditioned clients' hair, prepared and cleaned workstations, and sterilised and organised salon equipment. I also assisted with hair colouring and styling treatments, mixed hair products under supervision, booked appointments and answered phone calls, handled payments and reception duties, kept the salon clean and tidy, and provided excellent customer service. In addition, I maintained a professional attitude at all times and worked effectively as part of a team to ensure the salon ran smoothly.
