Here at the Noah's I have been taught how to compromise to people's needs such as special needs disability and different illnesses weather that is moving them to a more calm and quieter place or communicating with the chef to alter to there dietary needs. Communication is also another positive from this job as I have learned how to problem solve with customers and or if they have any complains or concerns that I can help deal with. Training, in this role I have trained many of the staff who work here today I have done this with communicating to make sure they aren't standing around and not knowing what to do and watching over there every step and seeing if they do need any additional help.
Cleaning here I am responsible for keeping the toilets and restaurant clean and can do simple cleaning skills.

At the school I was taught how to work with children and help when they were up set or hurt I was taught how to calm them when they may be upset or need help and easily help resolve the problem with them
