I am support worker with passion for helping others. I have ability to provide compassionate care to those in need. Making positive impact on people's lives and desire to help others is what motivates me the most.
My work as a support worker is very rewarding, as it involves providing care and assistance to individuals who are vulnerable, such as elderly people, young people, adults, people with disabilities, or those with mental health issues. In my career as a support worker often I have developed close relationships with my clients and i have been able to see the positive impact my work is having on their lives. I have experience working with vulnerable people, such as elderly people, adults, young people.
I have good communication skills and also problem-solving abilities. My values and approach to support work including my commitment to treating people with respect, dignity and kindness. I have ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to clients.
I'm willing to do courses and trainings to enhance my skills and experience.

During my employment I used to work on night shift for the most of the years looking after young people. Ensured the safety of up to 10 young people each night and the same on the day shifts which I have been doing as an extra hours. My responsibilities expanded when I have been moved to the different site and started doing day shifts permanently looking after the clients with complex mental health problems and also with autism.
I have been trianed to achive NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce. Working with young people I had to have very good and strong communication and interpersonal skills. I have provided emotional support to a young people in distress, collaborated effectively with other staff members to address a challenging situations.
