• Built a Python component using the csv and json modules to read patient record exports, remove identifying fields and convert clinical data into JSON for the client's machine learning pipeline.
• Debugged and fixed processing faults that left identifying fields in records and prevented records from reaching the downstream pipeline.
• Added automated checks to verify that identifying fields were excluded and clinical values remained unchanged after processing, with every code change reviewed before merge.
• Configured least-privilege IAM permissions, EC2 services, encryption at rest and TLS for clinic-to-server traffic across the client's AWS environment.
