• Lead quantitative MRI biomarker studies in a prospective ulcerative colitis cohort of 49 patients and 245 colonic segments, integrating MRE, endoscopy and faecal calprotectin.
• Designed imaging quality-control criteria, feature definitions and analysis plans for validation of GIQuant-derived colonic motility and bowel-wall biomarkers against the Mayo Endoscopic Subscore.
• Built a Bayesian multilevel prediction model accounting for patient-level clustering; evaluated discrimination, calibration, grouped validation and clinical utility to generate new-patient risk estimates.
• Develop reproducible Python/DICOM pipelines and clinician-facing Streamlit research tools; maintain version-controlled analyses and DOI-archived open outputs.
• Collaborate with Motilent, UCL-linked investigators, NHS radiologists and international IBD researchers on study design, interpretation, manuscripts and conference outputs.
• Develop clinical NLP workflows for structuring and de-identifying abdominal radiology reports using rule-based and LLM-assisted extraction.
