I am a recent graduate with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management, eager to begin my career in the real estate industry through a trainee or graduate position where I can continue to develop my knowledge and gain practical experience. Throughout my degree, I developed a strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, investment appraisal, property law, and asset management, providing me with a solid academic foundation for a career in commercial real estate. Alongside my academic background, my experience in Business Management has strengthened my problem-solving, strategic planning, communication, and client relationship skills.

I enjoy working collaboratively, building professional relationships, and approaching challenges with a practical and analytical mindset. I am highly organised, resourceful, and motivated to learn, with a genuine passion for the real estate sector. I am particularly interested in opportunities within commercial real estate where I can contribute to a dynamic team, learn from experienced professionals, and develop the technical and interpersonal skills required for a successful long-term career.

Assistant Manager - Boots An Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves managing staff, handling customer issues and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. They also play a key role in training employees, maintaining inventory and ensuring the store meets company standards for presentation and customer service.

• With four years in retail, including two as a Customer Advisor and two as an Assistant Manager, I have developed strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. These experiences have equipped me to excel in a real estate job, where building relationships and understanding client needs are essential.

Assessment Participant - Gradcore Assessment Centre

In December 2024, I attended an assessment centre where I participated in exercises like presenting, interviews, and group discussions. My performance was evaluated based on key competencies including, collaboration, self awareness, empathy, an enterprising spirit, a questioning mindset, digital literacy, creative problem solving and adaptability. The comprehensive feedback I have received has provided me with valuable insights into my strengths and areas for development across these competencies.

This experience has been instrumental in enhancing my professional skills and preparing me to excel in the real estate industry by focusing on continuous improvement and strategic application of these core attributes.

Virtual Work Experience - Becoming a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) - Springpod

I am currently engaged in a virtual work experience that involves completing assignments and working through eight comprehensive modules. This ongoing program is designed to offer practical insights and hands on experience in a remote setting. Upon a successful completion of all requirements, I will receive a certificate acknowledging my participation and demonstrated competence in the virtual work experience.

This certification will serve as a valuable addition to my professional portfolio, highlighting my commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a digital work environment.
