Motivated and dependable Travel and Tourism (Level 3 BTEC) student with a strong foundation in customer service, teamwork and organisational management. Through my time in education and volunteering, I have developed a professional approach to service delivery, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to take initiative in group settings with successfully meeting submission deadlines and completing set objectives. My coursework has strengthened my understanding of the retail and hospitality industries, including customer experience, business operations and maintaining high service standards.
