Glass collector and waitress at Robin hood Community pub (2023-09 – 2026-02)
During my three years in this role, I provided consistent and friendly customer services while working in a busy hospitality setting. I took orders, served food and drinks, handled payments with accuracy, and maintained excellent hygiene standards. I collaborated closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service and developed strong communication skills through daily interactions with customers.
As this is a pub, I also learned how to deescalate uncomfortable or even aggressive situations from both sober and drunken customers.
Volunteer at Youth club event fair (2024-05 – 2024-05)
I supported staff in running acticities for young people bey preparing event spaces, supervising sessions and helping maintain a positive and safe atmosphere. The event was free, so I helped the team create charitable events beforehand for the summer fair. During this event, I met Micheal Payne MP, which highlighted the value of community engagement and reinforced my interest to contributing to local initiatives.
