Responsible for managing a global support team, co-ordinating the resolution of all issues related to SAP Systems and ensuring its control and maintenance.

• Provide leadership and oversight to the SAP Global support team, business process leads and SME’s.
• Co-ordinate and drive resolution of all issues reported with the core business system - SAP S4 Hana, within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage and motivate a global team of support analysts to provide first line support for SAP and escalation of complex support issues to contracted support organisations
• Co-ordinate and manage to SLA the creation and modification of master data within SAP, in line with defined data governance processes
• Manage and implement changes (EWM, PP, PM, MM, SD, QM, FICO, PLM) to SAP through support team
• Build and maintain a positive relationship between IT and business areas and ensure timely support of day-to-day business processing needs
• Represent SAP changes to the global team including Solution Architects, programme managers, and executive directors.
• Develop strong relationships with third party support providers, including regular reviews of performance in line with agreed SLA’s
• Develop the support team to ensure comprehensive coverage for global users operating in multiple time zones.
• Maintaining the roles and access responsibilities within SAP and Profile Taylor (a GRC software)
