I am immensely proud of the work I have done to support the learning, development and progression of children and young people. Helping to deliver schemes, Programmes and interventions which help them to access education and positive life outcomes. Over the course of my career I have worked holistically in varying roles. I have maintained continuous CPD which has enabled me to develop a strong understanding of systems, best practice, policies, and guidance.

Through my ongoing work I have encountered and gained a depth of understanding of the complex, varying lives people have and the issues that many living in our society face as they navigate difficult home lives, health and other societal issues. I’m committed to enabling my professional development so that I can continue to use my passion, energy and enthusiasm to best support those who need and would benefit from it the most. I have a lot to give and I am seeking to find an opportunity which empowers to do so.
