I have been working at a care home for the past five years and am looking for somew new to make a difference in I started in care five years ago. when I stared I have never done care a day in my life it was abouslty new to me I fell In love with the job my First six months in the job I became a senior care assistant one year after that I became a unit manager then on to a nursing assistant my jobs within the home was to make sure my team was working in the best way possible so that my service user got the beat care they needed make sure all the paperwork and online work was done and completed by the end of the day giving out medicion and making sure my unit was updated with everything
