I am a highly motivated, reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys socialising and making life even slightly easier for people. I enjoy customer service and working with the public as it allows me to give back to the community in my own way. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and helped when needed, as it helps build positive, professional relationships with the public but also within my own team and colleagues.

I work well in high, fast-paced environments and can lead and delegate when required. I am confident in working independently but also working well as part of a team, with the ability to remain calm and professional, especially during busy periods where pressure naturally increases. I am also a quick learner, can grasp new concepts easily and am always sought to improving in whatever it is I do.

I am known by my friends, family and colleagues in places I have volunteered to be punctual, approachable and hardworking, with excellent communication skills to ensure messages can be taken and delivered as accurately as possible. Through my volunteering experience in community hubs, pharmacies and care homes, I have developed strong interpersonal and customer service skills while working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

These roles have helped me become more confident in communicating with the public, listening carefully to people's needs and providing support in a respectful, professional and compassionate manner. I understand the importance of patience, confidentiality and teamwork, particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals or working alongside healthcare and community staff.
